Get to know your representatives on the local, state and federal level. The anti-life forces have a great deal of money and resources on their side for phoning, mailing and emailing your legislators – even employing celebrities from out of state to contact Iowa state legislators.

 

 

 

In February of 2007, Rep. Brian Quirk of New Hampton said he would vote against the bill to overturn Iowa's ban on human cloning.  Then he received a call from celebrity musician Sheryl Crow, urging him to vote for the bill.

 

Quirk voted for the "clone and kill" bill, which passed by two votes.

 

Since you live in Iowa, and most celebrities employed by the anti-life movement don’t, contact your state and federal officials and make your pro-life voice count.
